Dominican cigarmaker Quesada Cigars celebrates its golden jubilee this year with a pair of limited-edition cigars called Quesada 50th Anniversary, which have begun shipping to U.S. retailers today.
Quesada 50th Anniversary comes in two sizes: Toro Prensado, measuring 6 1/4 inches by 56 ring gauge ($17); and a 6-by-60 Perfecto ($19). Made in the Dominican Republic, the cigar consists of an Ecuador Habano wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder and a mix of Dominican and Peruvian filler. Both are packaged in boxes of 10.
