Dennis Rodman is arguably one of the biggest personalities to ever grace an NBA court. The rebounding-powerhouse was an unstoppable, one-of-a-kind force in his 14 seasons in the NBA, and his off-court persona largely mirrored his on-court play. Now, the retired Hall of Famer (who has five NBA championships on his resume) is venturing into the cigar industry, partnering with Dreamer Cigars to create his own line of limited-edition smokes called the Dennis Rodman Ring of Honor cigars.
The name pays homage to Rodman’s recent induction into the Chicago Bulls Ring of Honor, where he was joined by 12 other players, coaches and management personnel as part of the inaugural class celebrated on January 12 this year at the United Center in Chicago. Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Phil Jackson and a slew of other popular names from this legendary dynasty were honored alongside Rodman.
Dennis Rodman Ring of Honor
"I hope you enjoy this special edition cigar celebrating my induction into the Ring of Honor," says Rodman. While severe weather kept him from attending the ceremony in January, the new smokes offer him a continued opportunity to celebrate this honor with fans.
The limited-edition cigars will be available as a one-size release, a Churchill that measures 7 inches long by 54 ring gauge. The blend features a Connecticut-seed wrapper grown in Ecuador along with binder and filler tobacco from Nicaragua. The cigars are made by Rocky Khoury at his SCT factory in Nicaragua.
The Ring of Honor cigars will be available in 20-count boxes. Production was limited to just 250 boxes, or 5,000 cigars. Each box was personally autographed by Rodman and will come with a Certificate of Authenticity, but that’s not the only unique wrinkle with this release. Three of the boxes contain what Dreamer Cigars dubs a “Golden Ticket,” which upon receipt, will win the beholder a signed Dennis Rodman jersey.

Dreamer Cigars CEO Adam Guard and Dennis Rodman hope the flavor profile of the Ring of Honor cigars is as robust as Rodman's personality.
"Dennis is not only a basketball legend but also a true original whose rebellious spirit and unique style is unmatched,” says Adam Guard, CEO of Dreamer Cigars. “With the Dennis Rodman Ring of Honor Cigar, we aim to capture the essence of Dennis's legacy and celebrate his extraordinary achievements."
The Ring of Honor cigars are available for pre-order now and are expected to begin shipping in April. Each box will carry a retail price of $397. Sales will be strictly limited to the Dreamer Cigars website, to learn more or to purchase, click here.
